Join Allison for 20 minutes of breath and movement. In this Practice:

- Breathe to energize your spine and the tissues and organs inside the ribs

- Open the hip joint safely and effectively

- Develop strength in the hip muscles to build unique movement skills in the muscular function and performance of the hip joint - Increase hip mobility
