Gait Changer: A Corrective Exercise for Turnout of Hips

A few weeks back I posted about how over 85% of people with hip injuries such as tailbone pain, SI joint dysfunction, sciatica/piriformis syndrome, hip flexor pain & tightness, etc. have some turnout in the hip joint(s).

This is one exercise that turns on gluteals that have the upper thigh bones naturally turn forward. This is a very important piece to injury recovery that is very often missed. And even if you don't have a hip injury, this is great for glute strength and injury prevention.

Enjoy the exercise and, if you do have turnout, try doing this every day for a few weeks and let me know how you feel.
