Glute Medius Strength Pt. 1

Glute medius (the part that wraps around to the outside of the hip) is a big deal because it gets weak when we don't use it. I use this corrective exercise to keep my hips aligned and strong. When you try this one, you may stand up afterwards and have a whole new experience of your hips.

It is essential to have glute medius strong, especially if you experience hip pain, back pain and knee pain. Strong hips support knees and the back.

Try this out and let me know how it works for you.
