Hypermobility

Over 10% of the population experiences hyper mobility. And they are estimating 20% of people who practice yoga on a regular basis may be hyper mobile. And you may wonder what it even is.

Here's a short video that explains just that and gives you a couple of demonstrations on how to stretch and how to exercise and keep your joints healthy without pain whether you do or don’t experience hyper mobility.

Plus, even if you’re not hyper mobile, using these cues will help you effectively strengthen your body more than if you didn’t AND these cues promote joint longevity.
