Our Glute Bridge

A bridge pose can sometimes exacerbate pain during the healing process if there is a hip or low back injury. So this version of glute bridge is for you. We use traction to create that extra special strengthening component. An added benefit is that it does a better job of developing glute strength than the standard bridge.
