Turning Out = Turning Off

Turnout!⠀It's a real thing if you are dealing with hip pain, low back or SI joint pain.

Over 85% of my clients with hip and SI joint pain over the last 13 years have had one or both hips turned out. 🤯

Turning out turns off some of your deep, small & mighty muscles that keep your bone structure in good alignment.

If those deep, small and mighty muscles go to sleep, that means something has to do their work for them and sometimes that means other muscles do more than their share, creating imbalance that leads to tugging on or grinding in your joints.

And that hurts!

It can lead to:
-SI joint dysfunction
-sciatica & piriformis syndrome
-osteoarthritis in the hip and spine
-labral tears of the hip
-and more!

One key to preventing and ending joint pain is to check your walking and standing postures.⠀If you are turning out, you're turning off.
