This exercise has been SO good for my private clients with labral tears and osteoarthritis. Those two especially, but really everyone has been saying how much this is making them feel better, stronger. and then in walking and sitting - that's feeling better too.

Grab a wash cloth and try this one out. The joke is also "find a dirty spot on the floor." Let me know how it goes for you.
