Sacroiliac (SI) joint pain? This is quick fix -- a one-sided pose you can do every time it gets tweaky. The SI joint is a shock absorber so even walking normally can send aggravate it. Do this only on ONE SIDE and do it as often as needed.

BTW, This is one of the most common yoga injuries - SI joint dysfunction. Hint: Please stop twisting your hips to the right while twisting your spine left (or vice versa). A spinal twist is a spinal twist is a spinal twist. You can still twist your spine the exact same amount if your hips are going in the same direction as your spine. ;-)

I also just love this one if I’ve been doing a lot of glute work. It does a great job of stretching out the hips, including the piriformis.
