      We LISTEN & NOTICE: We learn to listen to the body - to its subtle messages - by testing the muscles and ligaments with exercises. This helps us gather information on what kind of corrections are needed to regain balance and optimum health in the joint.

      Then we CORRECT & ALIGN: We take that information we’ve gathered and strengthen the areas that are weak and don’t want to do their job and release areas that are jammed or locked up. We do this through exercise and energizing blocked acupuncture meridians and the like.

      And we INTEGRATE the necessary adjustments in our daily routine - in our walking, standing, sitting, in our favorite exercises and even in things like loading the dishwasher.

I’ve been there!

In 2009, I was at work and suddenly the dull pain I’d learned to live suddenly intensified and brought me to my knees.

Later, I was cooking dinner and dancing to my fave song. BAM! A shooting pain consumed my body. It was excruciating. I started crying and realized I had to schedule an appointment immediately.

Turns out I had torn the cartilage in my hip. I had osteoarthritis. And SI (sacroiliac) joint dysfunction. And scoliosis.

I had to quit doing most of the things that brought me joy. No more hiking or going to the gym or dancing.

But I refused to give up. I craved movement that brought relief and sought out experts who helped me understand physiology, body mechanics, and energetics.

Gradually, I solved the mystery of my pain.

An injury from when I was 7 had created a lifelong cascade of injuries – and the doctors never caught it.

Necessity is the mother of invention, so I invented a system that eliminated a lifetime of pain in just 6 months. I now teach this system, and over the last 13 years thousands of women have integrated it into their lives and overcome their pain.
