HowTo Build Triceps Strength: You Don't Even Need Weights!

When looking at developing triceps strength, I gotta say, after sifting through tons of different methods involving weights and contorted positions that weren't too comfortable, I stumbled upon something game-changing.

You don't need fancy gym equipment or heavy weights for this! All you need is a good floor and, of course, the lowdown I'm about to give you in this video.

Here's the trick: Start off by giving this exercise about 50% of your oomph - just half of your max effort, really. Press into that floor and work those triceps. Then, pay attention to how you feel the next day. Trust me, you might be in for a pleasant surprise. And hey, if you're up for it, you can always amp up that floor-pressing action for an extra challenge!
