8 Minutes of Movement for Hip Osteoarthritis & Labral Tears
These are a couple of exercises I love that take down the volume on the discomfort from hip osteoarthritis and hip labral tears. AND for prevention!
I had both these conditions and was able to opt out of surgery for both and live without pain or symptoms from either. (It's 14.5 years later now.) To be sure, it was a process and these two exercises were both part of the process and really keys to relief.
