How to Forward Fold Even If You Already Know How
We all know how to forward fold, but learn to forward fold so that it:
✶ Reduces low back & neck pain
✶ Decompresses the vertebrae and cultivates joint & disc longevity
✶ Causes a release (not a stretch) in the hamstrings
I also address a few complaints in this forward fold, included:
✶ hamstring tightness
✶ pinching sensations in the front of the hip
✶ rotated pelvis
