How to Strengthen the Shoulder And Eliminate Aches & Pains

Shoulder Strength can be tricky because...

Many of the shoulder strengthening exercises involve strengthening the front of the shoulder. But many exercise plans lack adequate strength in the BACK of the shoulder to have the shoulder rest in its most optimal position.

Add in some screen time, some driving and now the shoulder is even more out of balance.

So this practice will even things out a bit, creating a better resting position for the shoulder joint and adding more strength in the smaller muscles that support good shoulder alignment. In the long run this promotes healthy joints and prevents injury.

Try this. How did it go? What did you notice as we practiced all the exercises? How are your shoulders feeling now?
