How to Gain Hip Strength, Increase Hip Bone Density & More

By using the upper thighs the way we do in this biomechanics-based yoga practice, we increase strength, range of motion and athletic skill. At the same time this alleviates pressure in the medial ligaments of the knee, basically being pre-active about increasing longevity of the knee joints. And we learn how to build bone density in the hips and activate lesser-used glutes in standing positions.

These techniques even helped me to eliminate the pain and symptoms of osteoarthritis and labral tear.

Try this practice and let us know how it goes!
